At HotMixed, we strive to ship your orders as quickly and reliably as possible. This policy explains our shipping methods, processing times, costs, and delivery expectations.
All products are printed and shipped on demand via Printful from their production facility in the Netherlands (Europe).

Order Processing Time
- Most orders are processed and handed over to the carrier within 1–3 business days after payment.
- During peak periods (Black Friday, holidays, etc.) this may take up to 5 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to customs, holidays, or carrier issues.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size and destination.

Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking number as soon as your order is shipped. You can track your package via the link in the email or in your account.
Important Information
- Customs & Duties (outside EU): You are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or VAT. We declare the full commercial value of the items.
- Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address. We are not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address provided by you.
- Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address or refusal, we will contact you. Reshipping will require new shipping costs.
- Lost or Damaged Shipments: Please contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with Printful to investigate and offer a replacement or refund where applicable.
Changes to Your Order
We can only modify or cancel an order if it has not yet entered the production process. Contact us as soon as possible at edwinshelp@live.nl.
